To honour the 25th anniversary of Forge de Laguiole this set of steak knives was designed by Philippe Starck. The knives were forged from one piece of stainless steel. As such they are dishwasher proof, even though we do recommend cleaning them by hand. In terms of shape these knives look a lot like the original Laguiole knives.
